Define Opt-In Form

Parts of the Workspace

1. Shows you’re in the first tab of the project phases navigation bar – Setup.
2. Shows you’re in the ‘Define opt-in form’ tab of the Setup phase.
3. Turn on/off member approval by the project admin before adding a new map member.
4. Turn on/off allowing users to choose which segment they belong to.
5. Turn on/off representing your project members as organizations.
6. Sends an email to the project admin when a new project member opts in.

14. Use this custom link to share your opt-in form with project members.
15. The opt-in form can also be embedded into a website.
16. The Send me my link form is used to send existing map members a form to retrieve their custom project link in an email.
17. Copy the link to send to an existing map member. When they submit the form, if the email address is a project member’s, they will receive an email with their link.
